Well, what we do here is that we attend seminars you know, in Illinois, we have what’s called the continual legal education. We have to get our CLE hours in, and then you attend these continuing legal education and you get to see what’s going on legal landscape, what’s going on in changes. But also we do in addition to that is we have friends who are doctors, you know, chiropractors, surgeons, and what they do is they actually sponsor CLEs so things like that we get to see. How we ensure our clients get the best representation is multifactorial. Basically, when our clients come to us, some of them have not had treatment yet, some of them have not reported their injury yet, but they’ve called us because they’re having an issue and these clients they come to us with these injuries that say the insurance company’s already denying the claim, the insurance company won’t let them get care, won’t pay them to be off of work. Luckily we have built relationships in this community for over 30 years with doctors, with hospitals, with different types of facilities- only because we’ve been here for so long, only because we’ve established these relationships, is why these clients are able to get care even on disputed basis. Get treatment, get diagnostic testing, basically get whatever they need even without it being paid for. Because when we tell a doctor who’s a friend of ours that we believe this is a good case, they trust us.
