Video thumbnail for youtube video 9mdd_2n_xlk

Video Transcript:

A catastrophic injury can be defined as an injury that’s significant, and what’s catastrophic to one person may not be catastrophic to another. But if you’ve had a significant injury in your mind, we find that to be catastrophic, it doesn’t necessarily mean that someone has passed away or that someone needs massive surgeries. Catastrophic could be something as small as, someone hit you and internally you’ve got bleeding, or if you have a herniated disc, or you have internal injuries that are later diagnosed through MRIs, CAT scans, or diagnostic tests. And our firm can help you determine whether your injury is catastrophic, and the word “catastrophic” typically means an injury that is significant, and you’ll get a large settlement.
