In workers compensation, the experts are the treating physician and usually if it’s an orthopedic type injury, the orthopedic surgeon. So what we would do if need be, we would take the deposition of the treating orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion on the relationship that the accident caused the injury. And then we take the deposition of the insurance company’s doctor who says it can never happen that way.
