What do we look for when we hire lawyers at our law firm? We look for lawyers who are empathetic, who have great interpersonal skills, are in the top of their class. We also love to hire lawyers with experience. They come to us from other firms and for whatever reason they are not happy where they are at. You wouldn’t want a doctor where you were their first surgery, we will not hire a lawyer that doesn’t have experience. We also make sure we supervise that lawyer, to make sure that you’re getting the best service as a client possible.
