Zachary Foster has his Juris Doctorate and brings a strong foundation in business operations, political science, and law to his legal practice. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law.
During law school, Zachary gained valuable legal experience through his work with the American Medical Association’s Council of Science and Public Health, Lurie Children’s Hospital, and Saper Law Offices.
Before joining The Illinois Hammer, Zachary worked at two personal injury law firms, where he gained extensive hands-on experience handling thousands of cases. His time at these firms strengthened his understanding of personal injury law and the needs of injured clients.
He was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Legal Drafting: Civil Litigation in Fall 2024.
He is also a member of the Decalogue Society, further reflecting his continued involvement in the legal community. Zachary is expected to be licensed in the state of Illinois in 2026.
Outside of his work, Zachary enjoys running, baking, and reading. As an avid sports fan, he enjoys following teams from his hometown of Miami.
