Meet David Rabinowitz | Attorney and Managing Partner

Video Transcript:

My name is David Rabinowitz. I’m the managing attorney of the Illinois Hammer Injury Firm. What led me to being, uh, a personal injury lawyer is my father was a personal injury lawyer and he used to take me to his office and I would get to listen to him negotiate with insurance adjusters and fight for his clients. And that really motivated me to want to help other people. It means a lot to me to carry on the legacy of being a personal injury attorney, just knowing how hard my father fought for his clients and carrying on in his footsteps and making sure that I am, you know, bringing my clients justice and I’m getting them the maximum amount of compensation for them. That really means a lot to me. I started working at the Illinois Hammer when Bradley Dworkin reached out to me and announced that he was opening up a personal injury department and he contacted me to lead it. And since then, we’ve grown from two attorneys to nine attorneys in the personal injury department alone. And I’m very proud to say that I work here. I think growing up, uh, around the father who was a personal injury attorney, I really learned of the compassion that it takes to meet with clients and to understand what they’re going through, and you’re able to better relate that and tell their story to the insurance company or to a jury.
