At The Illinois Hammer Law Firm we think it’s very important to have team culture and to be in unison and to feel that you are part of something. Anyone who is at a law firm and their employer doesn’t care about them suffer and their communications and the results a client will receive will suffer unless the law firm makes it important, team culture. What we do at our law firm is we have events in downtown Chicago where the lawyers will get together, we will fly out in seminars together to further our legal education. We want to make it sort of a family, so people feel proud to go to work and are proud to help our clients.
