At the Illinois Hammer Law Firm, we think it’s very important to have team culture and to be a unison and to feel that you’re part of something. Anyone who’s at a law firm and the employer doesn’t care about them will suffer and that their communications and the results the client will receive will suffer unless the law firm makes an important team culture. What we do at our law firm is we have events in downtown Chicago where the lawyers will get together. We’ll plan seminars together to further our legal education. We want to make it sort of a family so people feel proud to go to work and proud to help our clients. We do everything as a team. Literally the my workers compensation team, we meet every Friday and we talk about the next week’s cases. So that means every newer associate who’s only been working here say two or three years will have the same amount of knowledge as attorney like me who’s been here over 20 years. And we just round table. We bring the case up on the screen here. We go through the medical records together and we show them what to use to win their case.
