Rue’s passion for helping others drove him towards injury law, where he can make his mark by aiding those who need help with their workers’ compensation claims. Navigating the daunting legal labyrinth and securing rightful compensation for their injuries is a right that Rue is eager to uphold.
With thorough experience in working up a case, committing hours on end to research and investigating, Rue is no stranger to the tireless work it takes to get clients the six figure and seven figure settlements they deserve.
“Putting the time into a case is not just about getting the facts right, it’s about understanding the way this injury has affected my client’s entire life,” Ruse said. “It’s getting the full picture of the damage, physically and emotionally, and presenting that to get the highest payout for my clients.”
Drawing from his experiences in legislative and policy work, including a role as a legislative aide at the Nebraska State Legislature and advocacy for justice system reform during his educational journey, Rue is well-versed in legalese from all corners of the law. Moreover, his experiences had reinforced his devotion to advocating for individuals whom the system frequently neglects.
“The world can be an unforgiving place, and I see it as my duty to tip the scales back toward justice whenever and wherever I can,” Rue said.
