Patrick Shifley began his legal career litigating matters for clients in diverse areas of practice including personal injury, debt collection, real estate contracts, and mechanics liens. In 2009 Shifley joined a private practice as that firm’s state court litigator, and branch office supervising attorney. In 2010 he expanded his practice to become a successful workers’ compensation attorney. Shifley brings with him experience as counsel for petitioners, respondents, plaintiffs, and defendants, as well as successful jury and bench trial, and arbitration experience.
Shifley has successfully tried cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Circuit Court of Cook County, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. His current responsibilities include all phases of worker’s compensation cases.
