Miles Pecken

Miles is passionate about fighting for clients to receive the highest financial compensation they deserve for their injuries. A former personal injury defense attorney, Miles once represented insurance companies and went to trial and Arbitrations with tremendous success. From that, Miles has first-hand experience in how insurance companies and their lawyers use delay tactics to discourage plaintiffs from getting their due. Miles became disillusioned with representing insurance companies and wanted to fight for the injured. Miles joined Dworkin and Maciarello to fight back against the big insurance companies and get his clients what they’re owed rather than help the insurance companies earn hundreds of millions annually in profits.

Miles attended college in Ohio, and returned to his native Chicago for law school. While attending law school at night, Miles spent his days clerking for personal injury attorneys to learn the trade so he could go to bat for his clients.

When not practicing law, Miles enjoys cooking, growing his record collection and spending time with friends and family.
